The No. 1 use for the Underpass is as a pass-through/transitional space and the second most popular use was as a gathering/social space.
Respondents ranked the following in priority order:
- Uptown Station access
- South Side Drop-off/Pick-up
- North Plaza
- South Plaza
- Gateway to Children's Discovery Museum
Preferred South Plaza Uses:
- Events, Festivals & Markets
- Concerts
