That is exactly why we created NPB University — to give residents a look at our daily operations, introduce you to the staff who keep things running, and show how local government works.

This year, NPB University also highlighted the Fiscal Year 2026 budget process, offering a behind-the-scenes view of how the Village prepares for budget season and sets priorities for the year ahead.
