Closing The Loop
Community engagement doesn’t end when feedback is collected, it begins there.
The City of North Port created Closing the Loop to ensure residents can clearly see how their input is heard, considered, and used to shape City decisions. These reports share what we asked, what we heard, what actions were taken, and what’s next thus creating transparency at every step of the process.
Throughout the year, the City publishes regular Closing the Loop reports following Town Halls, major initiatives, and key milestones such as the City Identity Refresh and Participatory Budgeting. Together, they form a living record of community dialogue and progress.
This page serves as the home for all Closing the Loop reports, providing easy access to updates, outcomes, and next steps as we continue working together to build a stronger North Port.

- Access the memo in the Supporting Documents section at the bottom of the page.
