Q3 Traffic, Safety and Infrastructure

At the end of last year, we asked our residents an important question: What do you want to know more about? Through surveys, focus groups, public comment and online engagement, we received thoughtful feedback and much of it centered not just on services, but on understanding how your City government works.

After carefully analyzing that feedback, four key themes emerged. One of the strongest was a desire for greater clarity around Traffic, Safety and Infrastructure.

In response, we built our 2026 Community Engagement Plan around those themes, ensuring that this year’s programming directly reflects what residents told us matters most.** Our Q3 focus on Q3 Traffic, Safety and Infrastructure** is a direct result of your input.

This page serves as a central resource for everything shared as part of this campaign. Here you will find:

  • Webinar recordings
  • Town Hall recordings and presentation materials
  • Blog posts and educational articles
  • Podcasts
  • Supporting documents and additional resources

Our goal is simple: to make City operations more understandable, accessible and transparent, and to demonstrate that your voice shapes the work we do.

We encourage you to explore the content, stay engaged and continue sharing your feedback. Community engagement is not a one-time event, it is an ongoing partnership.

Because in North Port, your voice matters. Not only that, it drives action!
