Malton signage improvements

We just wanted to thank all of you for your feedback on the project to improve signage in Malton, it has been really helpful.

The majority of feedback has been overwhelmingly positive about our proposals and your comments have helped strengthen these, which is exactly what we had hoped for.

Next, we will pull all this information together and plan in works to get the smaller scale improvements completed shortly.

We will work with North Yorkshire County Council Highways service to complete the larger scale improvements. This will take us right up until the end of Ryedale District Council, which is at the end of March 2023. After that date, we will become a single unitary local authority with other councils in North Yorkshire.

All of your time is appreciated and has been really valuable and this project will help visitors arriving in Malton get to where they want to be with ease.
