The Tennessee Justice Bus brings the Tennessee Supreme Court’s Access to Justice Initiative right to our community, helping bridge the gap between legal needs and available resources. Every year, over a million Tennesseans — especially those who are low-income or vulnerable — face serious legal challenges like eviction, domestic violence, and healthcare issues. Unfortunately, there aren’t enough legal aid attorneys to help everyone.

That’s where the Justice Bus comes in! This mobile resource connects people directly with information, support, and tools to navigate the justice system more easily — especially for those with disabilities, language barriers, or other challenges. The Access to Justice Commission works with lawyers, courts, nonprofits, and community partners to make legal help more accessible for everyone.
