Project Description

The former community garden property located at 110 Kelly Drive is currently not utilized for any recreational purpose. This proposed project would invest money in this property to transform it into a potential passive recreation hub for our citizens.

Current plans for the project include restroom facilities, new and reorganized parking (with space for food trucks), a new pavilion, sod, and a potential connection to the Flat Creek Nature Area Boardwalk. Aesthetically, the goal is for this property to tie into the new Spillway area and Flat Creek to create a seamlessly flowing passive recreation area for our residents to enjoy.
