New path along Peachtree Parkway from Walt Banks to Lake Kedron Crossing.

June 2024 Update

1/22/24 received updated concept draft from POND, minor comments returned and complete concept set submitted 2/6/24. 3/12/24 proposal for construction drawings requested from POND. 3/29/24 Const Dwgs step approved and POND released to proceed with geotechnical investigation and full project design.

December 2023 Update

Public Works contracted out surveying of the right-of-way, property lines, and topography for this corridor, and this has been completed. The Engineering Department has contracted with a consulting firm to design this path connection along with grading and drainage plans. This path connection will be very challenging due to utilities and the steep shoulders along the roadway. Easements will be needed in most areas to accommodate path construction.
