Ready for Reimbursement

To request reimbursement for a completed project, please send an email to energy@swrpc.org with the following information:

Subject Line: Ready for Reimbursement - Your Name and Address

• Signed copy of your W9
  • By submitting your W‑9, you acknowledge that the reimbursement is taxable and that the Town of Peterborough will issue a 1099 at the end of the year.
• Final invoice that includes parts and materials cost and excludes labor costs
• Proof of building permit and inspection if required. See For Homeowners page for details
