Ready for Reimbursement
Thank you for your interest in the HeatSmart+ program. HeatSmart+ is not taking new applications as all funds are spoken for at this time. However, if projects come in under budget, there may be unexpected funds left over, which will be made available to the waitlist first-come-first-served. If you would like to join the waitlist, please fill out the Connect for Cash form.
To request reimbursement for a completed project, please send an email to energy@swrpc.org with the following information:
Subject Line: Ready for Reimbursement - Your Name and Address
- Signed copy of your W9
- By submitting your W‑9, you acknowledge that the reimbursement is taxable and that the Town of Peterborough will issue a 1099 at the end of the year.
- Final invoice that includes parts and materials cost and excludes labor costs
- Proof of building permit and inspection if required. See For Homeowners page for details
