Energy Access Plan - Community Input
The City of Phoenix Office of Sustainability is developing an Energy Access Plan to address energy affordability and equity across our community—particularly for low- to moderate-income households. This plan aims to reduce energy burden and improve access to affordable, reliable, and sustainable energy.
Your input will help us understand how residents experience energy-related challenges and what role the City should play in supporting your needs. This digital engagement is part of a broader effort, including in-person workshops, community outreach, and policy coordination with other departments.
Feedback collected here will directly inform recommendations to Phoenix City Council in early 2026.
