Start of Construction Update

Chase Excavating intends to mobilize to the site starting July 6, 2026. Construction will be focused on the Fish Pier property from July through the end of September. Work is scheduled to extend into Commercial Street beginning in early October.

Please note that traffic impacts on Commercial Street are expected to be minimal for the first few months of the project until the work moves into the roadway in October.
