We are looking forward to presentations from Elinor Higgins & Jake Fahey, as well as our brainstorming & networking activity! Note that the blue text in the agenda highlights the prompts & interactive portions of the session.

As a reminder, this meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 16 from 9-11:30am at Merrill Rehearsal Hall in Portland. This meeting will be in-person only.

If you have yet to respond to the Google Calendar invitation sent on August 21, please do so as soon as possible to confirm your attendance. If you have not received the invitation but would like to be added, please contact Skylar at sbergeron@portlandmaine.gov.

Additional Information

• We will not be seated by committee for this meeting. You may sit at any table, in groups of 5-6. We encourage you to sit with those you might not have connected with before!
• Free parking is available. Please park in either the Elm Street or Spring Street Parking Garages. Make sure to hold on to your parking ticket. We will give you a QR code to scan along with your ticket on your way out of the garage.
• Coffee, tea, & light breakfast items will be provided. We suggest arriving a few minutes early to sign in & enjoy some food prior to the meeting.
• The rehearsal hall is wheelchair accessible, including the entrance & all restrooms.
