Fall 2024 Quarterly Meeting Resources

SYRA HEALTH:

Syra Health’s team gave a comprehensive update of their work with each committee over the past few months as well as how that work is informing our SDOH Accelerator Plan & next steps. COMMITTEE WORK:

All committees had designated time during the meeting to connect & work together on current projects. If you would like to view notes from this session or learn about what your committee worked on, please either look in your committee’s Google Drive folder or contact your chair(s) or liaisons.

Office hours with Syra Health: During the meeting, Syra presented preliminary findings from “office hours” with each committee’s leadership. Future committee office hours are open to all committee members who would like to provide input on the SDOH Accelerator Plan. Please contact your committee chair(s) if you are interested in joining the next office hours session with your committee & Syra Health.
