Our next quarterly meeting is right around the corner! We are so excited to see everyone on Monday, June 10th, from 10am-12:30pm at Merrill Rehearsal Hall (20 Myrtle Street) in Portland. We have some exciting news to share with you, so please read carefully.

MEETING REGISTRATION FORM:

We ask that those who are planning to attend the June 10th meeting please complete this brief registration form: https://forms.gle/2sGrF4uKXi7nVVJv5 in order to get an accurate number of expected attendees. Each person who will attend should complete the form individually. Please register by Tuesday, June 4th.

ANNOUNCING HEALTH EQUITY CONSULTANT, SYRA HEALTH:

At our February quarterly meeting, we gave an update on our Closing the Gap grant & announced that we were seeking proposals for a health equity consultant. We are very excited to announce that we have contracted with Syra Health to help us develop our SDOH Accelerator Plan! We are also pleased to share that two members of Syra Health’s team will join us on June 10th to lead a presentation & facilitate an activity.
