Start of Construction Notice

Construction work on the Torrington Avenue Drainage Improvements Project by the middle of May. Initial work will involve exploratory test pits to help confirm existing site conditions. Full construction activities will begin shortly after the completion of this exploratory work. The goal of this project is to improve stormwater management in this area of Peaks Island. The City has contracted with Lionel Plante to peform the work. Once started work is anticipated to last approximately 2-4 weeks.
