2025-2028 Neighborhood Drainage and Sewer System Repair Contract

Progress made on Ludlow St and Ballpark Dr scopes of work.
On Thursday 1/29/2026, Gorham Sand & Gravel's tree cutter, T.W. Enterprises completed the tree removal work for the Ludlow St Swale Improvements. GSG will be mobilizing a larger excavator to the site this coming week to begin the drainage work.
Over the course of the week, GSG worked on installing the new drain manhole, extended storm drain outfall pipe, and riprap apron off of Ballpark Dr. The new pipe was backfilled on Thursday 1/29/2026 and the crew will be returning to the site this coming Monday to finish installing erosion and sedimentation control measures.
