Planning Board Review

On October 8, the Planning Board met to review the final drafts of the land use code and zoning map. At this hearing, the Board unanimously recommended the final drafts to the City Council for adoption. These drafts responded to nearly one thousand individual comments received over the course of this year, and the scores of public comment since the ReCode process began in earnest.

Council Adoption

The City Council held two workshop on the final ReCode drafts, one workshop on September 30, and their second **workshop** on October 28. A City Council hearing on Monday, November 4, the Council voted unanimously to adopt ReCode with several amendments. The code went into effect on December 4.
