Reminder! 12/19 SDOH Accelerator Plan Presentation

This is a reminder that the Portland Health Equity Alignment will meet virtually for a special presentation of the SDOH Accelerator Plan THIS Thursday, December 19th from 12:30-2:00pm.

Together, Syra Health & Portland Public Health will present an overview of the entire Accelerator Plan. This will include a review of the process the Alignment engaged in to provide insight for the plan, recommendations for the Leadership Team & overall Alignment, recommendations specific to each committee, and ideas for how we can harness this plan to propel our work forward in 2025 & beyond.

All Alignment members are welcome & encouraged to attend, including new members!
