Westminster Choir College

The Municipality, with the assistance of its planning consultant Topology, is launching a multi-phase project to explore how the Westminster Choir College campus can be reimagined to best meet the long-term needs of the community. The scope of the project will include stakeholder outreach, site analysis, and the development of several design alternatives. Each of these activities will build toward the creation of a preferred design concept for the future use of the site. Princeton’s historic acquisition of the Westminster Choir College campus announced in April 2025 represents a generationally significant opportunity for the Municipality to advance its planning and community development objectives.

Take the Survey
The Municipality's planning consultant, Topology, is beginning to collect input to help shape the future of the Westminster Choir College campus. Tell us what you would most like to see included in the reimagined site by filling out this one-question visioning survey.

Phase 1 - Develop an informed project vision.

  • This phase is estimated to run from May to the end of August. During this phase, stakeholder outreach will begin, site objectives will be established, and site constraints will be explored.

Phase 2 - Explore design alternatives.

  • This phase is set to begin in September and end in early February 2026. During this phase, three design alternatives will be developed. In this phase, stakeholder engagement will continue, including two public workshops.

Phase 3 - Develop a preferred alternative.

  • This phase will begin in February 2026 and end in June 2026. During this final phase the initial and final preferred design alternative will be presented in public sessions.
