Rivercenter

Red Bank RiverCenter is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed in 1991 to manage Red Bank’s Special Improvement District. Established through legislation enacted by the New Jersey State Legislature, the district was created to support historic downtowns facing increased competition from expanding retail centers and economic challenges. Since then, RiverCenter has played a key role in transforming Red Bank from a once-declining commercial corridor into the vibrant destination it is today—an arts, dining, and shopping hub that attracts tens of thousands of visitors each year.
