Pine Point Trail Subdivision (47T25001)

TOWN OF DEEP RIVER - Application 47T25001 has been submitted for a new residential development consisting of 22 residential lots varying in size from 0.21 hectares to 0.87 hectares with lot frontages ranging from 34.3 metres to 87.1 metres. A new internal road is proposed as Street B. There are two blocks for greenspace (Blocks 23 and 24). The majority of the proposed lots have been designed to front internally on the new Street B.

To support the application, the following studies have been submitted: Planning Justification Report, Archaeological Assessments, Environmental Impact Study, Geotechnical Investigation, Slope Stability Assessments, Functional Servicing and Stormwater Management Report, and Terrain Analysis for On-Site Individual Septic Systems.

The property is currently designated in the Town of Deep River Official Plan to permit residential development on partial services.
