White Lake Road (47T-21001)

White Lake Road Investments Limited has submitted an application to the County of Renfrew for the creation of a 232-unit plan of subdivision for the property located at 640 White Lake Road. The new proposed lots are for residential purposes.

To support the application, the following studies have been submitted: Planning Justification Report, Environmental Impact Study, Environmental Site Assessment, Geotechnical Report, Noise Impact Study, Serviceability Report and Tranporation Impact Study.
