Hillcrest Avenue Rehabilitation - Project Complete

Minor rehabilitation (mill and pave) of a portion of Hilcrest Avenue, from Banting Drive to Parkdale Avenue. The selection of Hilcrest Avenue is based on cost, condition and criticality. Hillcrest is a high traffic, main collector road with a PCI of 69 (fair).

The scope of work will consist of grading, granular base, hot mix paving, minor landscaping, and restoration of disturbed areas for driveways.
