VanDusen Drive (47T-22003)

Tartan Madawaska Inc. has submitted an application to the County of Renfrew for the creation of a 285-unit plan of subdivision for the property located at Van Dusen Drive . The new proposed lots are for residential purposes.

To support the application, the following studies have been submitted: Planning Justification Report, Environmental Impact Study, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, Fiscal Impact Study, Archeological Assessment, Geotechnical Report, Noise Impact Assessment, Serviceability Report and Traffic Impact Study.
