County of Renfrew Official Plan Amendment (OPA 48) Lake Clear

UPDATE
Official Plan Amendment 48 (OPA 48) was approved with modification by County Council on November 12, 2025. The Notice of Decision and the Approved Modified OPA 48, including the Decision, have been added to the list of documents on this page.

The last date of appeal is December 4, 2025.

The County of Renfrew has received an application from the Township of Bonnechere Valley to modify the Lake Clear policies of the County of Renfrew Official Plan. The purpose of the amendment is to permit seasonal recreational vehicles (RVs) on existing lots abutting Lake Clear.

The County of Renfrew has issued a Notice of Application. A date for the Public Meeting will be determined and a separate Notice of Public meeting will issued closer to that date.
