Lamure Beach - Accessible Washroom

This project aims to enhance accessibility and usability at Lamure Beach. This project will convert the existing two bathrooms into a single fully accessible bathroom and change room, accommodating the needs of all users, including those with mobility challenges.

Currently, two separate bathrooms do not meet the accessibility standards necessary for equitable use by the community. By consolidating the facilities into one accessible unit, the Town will ensure that everyone can enjoy the beach area comfortably and with dignity. This project aligns with the Town's commitment to inclusivity and improving public facilities.

The approved budget for the rehabilitation is $30,000. This investment will not only enhance the experience for beachgoers but also demonstrate the Town's dedication to providing safe and accessible recreational spaces for all community members.
