New Residential Multi-Unit Build - 135 Francis Street, Renfrew Ontario
The County of Renfrew is pleased to announce that construction of a new "turn-key" 2160 square foot multi-unit residential design build is underway in the Town of Renfrew, Ontario.
A half-century old wartime home previously sat on this large .15 acre corner lot. The County was able to divert the home from landfill by moving the home with the help of Castleford Building Movers.
Accessibility, longevity, efficiency, and low maintenance costs are all evident in the design of the Insulating Concrete Form (ICF) turn-key design build being constructed by Petawawa, Ontario based William Sons.
With the focus on creating more affordable housing across the province, this project will create an additional two units within the Renfrew County Housing Corporation (RCHC) Real Estate portfolio.
