River Pointe (TMM Pembroke Inc.) Subdivision

The proposed plan of subdivision would create 156 residential units consisting of 55 single detached lots, 34 semi-detached units, 34 townhouse units and 33 townhouse condominium units that will front on new municipal roads that will connect with Bell Street and Angus Campbell Drive. Two blocks, one for parkland and the other for a parkette are proposed, as well as a stormwater management block.

To support the application, the following studies have been submitted: Planning Justification Report, Environmental Impact Study, Geotechnical Investigation Report, Functional Servicing Report Including Stormwater Management, and Traffic Impact Study.

Draft Plan Approval was issued by the County of Renfrew on June 28, 2024. The Applicants are now in the process of satisfying the conditions of Draft Plan Approval.
