Stevenson Crescent Rehabilitation

We would like to provide an update on the ongoing road construction project on Stevenson Cresent. As we approach the winter season, weather conditions are no longer favorable for continuing construction safely or effectively. For this reason, all roadwork will be paused until the Spring of 2026.

During the winter shutdown:
• The roadway will remain open to traffic, with temporary granular entrances in place where necessary.
• Crews will continue to perform periodic inspections to ensure the site remains safe throughout the winter months.

Construction is scheduled to resume in the spring, as soon as weather and ground conditions allow. At that time, we will provide additional updates regarding the project schedule and any anticipated impacts. Currently the outstanding works include; a second lift of asphalt pavement, installation of drainage swales, entrance reinstatement, yard reinstatement and general site cleanup.
