Strategic Plan - Renfrew Road to 2035

A strategic plan is a comprehensive document that outlines long-term goals and strategies to achieve them. The development of a strategic plan was identified in the Chief Administrative Officer's 2022-2023 goals and objectives that was approved by Council. It serves as a roadmap, providing a clear direction and purpose for the Town of Renfrew. Strategic planning involves defining a vision, mission, values, and objectives, and then developing specific action plans and initiatives to attain those objectives.

VISION: The Town of Renfrew will foster growth and attract new residents and amenities by adapting to change while retaining its small-town roots with excellent quality of life.

MISSION: The Town of Renfrew delivers quality services and maintains reliable infrastructure in a financially sustainable manner while building a safe and inclusive community
