Cypress Avenue Project

The project includes roadway reconstruction along Cypress Avenue, a new 1.5 m concrete sidewalk along Cypress Avenue and Balsam Crescent, pedestrian crossing improvements, and drainage improvements including buried Land Drainage System where required
