Progress Update May 2025

Much progress has been made on the renovating the Sanford Depot. The project is on schedule to be complete in November 2025.

The following has been done:

• The crawl space encapsulation has been completed.
• The large windows at the top of the roof have been restored.
• Floor joists have been installed.

These projects are slated to be completed:

• New windows will be installed week of May 26
• Work to prepare the roof for new material is scheduled to begin week of May 26.
• Plumbing and electrical work to commence in June.
