Main construction activity and items to watch for:

Excavating and waterline installation on Sheridan Avenue moving south.

Excavating and waterline installation on Terra Ave moving south.

Assembling temporary water system on S. Sheridan Ave.

Planned location of construction and road closures for week of 3/25:

The Contractor will continue with two crews as shown on the map below. Sheridan Ave. south of Riverside and Terra/Turner will remain closed to through traffic.

Crews may also be working on the shoulder of the road on Terra and Sheridan Ave. excavating services in preparation for connecting to a temporary water system.

Businesses with restricted access for the week

Single Lane Access to be provided through closed area for:

Pace Analytical and Sheridan Sign from Sheridan Ave/Turner.

Businesses at 1664 Terra from Coffeen/Riverside switching to Sheridan/Turner.

Moore Glass, Kekich Sport, and Clemens from Riverside switching to Turner.

Mountain View Vet from the north on S. Sheridan Ave.

Creekside Dental from the south on S. Sheridan Ave. switching to the north mid-week.

Sheridan Floor to Ceiling from the south on S. Sheridan Ave.

Businesses that may experience a water shutoff – to be coordinated with separate notice.

Businesses south of Mountain View Vet on S. Sheridan Ave.
