Update for the Week of March 25

The Contractor will continue with two crews as shown on the map below. The intersection of Riverside and Sheridan Ave. is now open with temporary surfacing but you may still want to use an alternate route to avoid construction activity and dust. Sheridan Ave. south of Riverside as well as Terra/Turner will remain closed to through traffic.

Crews may also be working on the shoulder of the road on Terra and Sheridan Ave. excavating services in preparation for connecting to a temporary water system.

Businesses with restricted access for the week

Single Lane Access to be provided through closed area for:

Easter Seals from Coffeen/Riverside/Terra initially, will switch to Avoca/Sherdan/Turner.

Apartments at 577 Turner Lane, one lane from Coffeen/Riverside/Terra initially, will switch from Avoca/Sherdan/Turner.

Pace Analytical from Coffeen/Riverside/Terra.

Businesses at 1664 Terra from Coffeen/Riverside/Terra.

Possibly Moore Glass, Kekich Sport, and Clemens later in the week.

Beacon front entrance from north Sheridan Ave. and south parking lot from Brundage/S. Sheridan Ave.

Mountain View Vet from Brundage/Sheridan. Staff parking lot may be closed temporarily and may need to use Beacon’s lot across the street, north access should be opened by mid-week. Clients may need to use staff parking and/or beacon’s lot for a short period of time.

Businesses that may experience a water shutoff – to be coordinated with separate notice.

Mountain View Vet and all businesses south of them on S. Sheridan Ave.
