Terra-Turner Waterline Replacement Project Update for the Week of 6/10/2024

Main construction activity and items to watch for:

The Contractor will continue work as follows:

• Minor cleanup on S. Sheridan Ave.
• Excavating and installing waterline on the east end of Riverside St.
• Prepping and placing asphalt on Terra Ave.
• Possibly begin excavating and installing waterline on Brundage Lane east of S. Sheridan Ave.

Planned location of construction and road closures for week of 6/10:

• S. Sheridan Ave. will be opened completely
• Terra Ave. will have one-way access for local traffic only during asphalt preparation and placement.
• Riverside - The street will remain closed to through traffic until Wednesday or Thursday.

Access:

Terra Ave:

• Street is open to local through traffic but will be restricted due to asphalt preparation and placement. Please follow cones and signage.

Sheridan Ave:

• Street will be open.

Riverside:

• The street is closed east of the intersection with Terra. Access to all businesses should approach from the west via S. Sheridan Ave to Riverside St.

Businesses that may experience a water shutoff – to be coordinated with separate notice.
