Terra-Turner Waterline Replacement Project Update for the Week of 6/24/2024

Main construction activity and items to watch for:

The Contractor will continue work as follows:

• Finish prepping and placing asphalt on Terra Ave on east side of the street. This will happen on Monday after paving on Riverside.
• Prepping and placing asphalt on Riverside St. on the south side of the street, east of Terra scheduled for Monday. Concrete placement at the intersection with Terra and paving west of Terra on Wednesday.
• Finish installing waterline on Brundage Lane east of S. Sheridan Ave.

Planned location of construction and road closures for week of 6/24:

• Terra Ave. will have one-way access for local traffic only during asphalt preparation and placement.
• Riverside – Will be closed at the intersection with Terra beginning on Tuesday.
• S. Sheridan Ave. – Open.

Access:

Terra Ave:

• Street is open to local through traffic but will be restricted due to asphalt preparation and placement. Please follow cones and signage.

Sheridan Ave:

• Street is open.

Riverside:

• Street will be open to local through traffic but will be restricted due to asphalt preparation and placement. On Tuesday the road will close at the intersection with Terra. Access will be from the east off Coffeen Ave. for residents east of Terra. Pure Energy Fitness will access through the construction yard off of S. Sheridan Ave.

Businesses that may experience a water shutoff – to be coordinated with separate notice.

Bighorn Flats Apartment Complex (509 E. Brundage Lane) on Monday at 9AM.
