Objections/Representations to a proposed Permanent Traffic Orders:
Any person may object or make representations (including any in support) to the making of an order by the date specified in the notice of proposal. By law, the objection/representation period must be at least 21 days from the date of the notice of proposals. However, the Council normally allow 28 days where possible. Objections or representations should clearly state the reasons or grounds for the submission. This must be sent in writing to the address specified in the notice.
Proposal
Surrey County Council is proposing the introduction of School Keep Clear markings outside Cleves Primary School to improve road safety and support safer journeys to and from school.
The proposed restrictions are intended to address concerns regarding vehicles stopping, waiting and parking directly outside school entrances during peak school arrival and departure periods.
