Statutory Notice for the proposal to establish a specialist inclusion base at Send C of E Primary School

Notice is given in accordance with section 15 of the Education and Inspections Act 2006, as amended by the Education Act 2011, that Surrey County Council is proposing to establish a specialist inclusion base at Send C of E Primary School.

Surrey County Council, in cooperation with the Governing Body of Send C of E Primary School, are proposing to establish a specialist inclusion base with 28 places for pupils with autism from Year R to Year 6. Each pupil will have an EHCP specifying the provision within the school as an appropriate placement to meet their individual needs.

We now want to hear your comments on the proposal. Your input and feedback are important in helping us to further understand the views of the children, parents/carers, staff and local community.
