CHANGE TO ENGAGEMENT EVENT - TIMINGS AND LOCATION

CHANGE TO FACE TO FACE PUBLIC EVENT - TIMINGS AND LOCATION 

We are writing to let you know that there has been a change in the location and timings for the planned event on the 17th March 2026.  This event will now be held at;

 St Peter's Catholic School
 Horseshoe Lane East
 Guildford
 Surrey
 GU1 2TN

The event will be held in the school cafeteria and will consist of TWO PRESENTATIONS  the first at 4.15pm and the second at 6.15pm. 

The presentation will last for approximately 15 minutes and will be followed by an opportunity to ask questions.

The content of both presentations will be the same, please only attend one session to enable us to reach all of those residents that would like to attend

We respectfully ask that residents refrain from travelling by car to this event unless it is unavoidable to do so

We apologise for any frustration these changes may cause.
