The Street improvements update

Thank you for your patience while works have been taking place on The Street. The first phase of construction will be complete this week and our contractor will be removing the temporary traffic lights. Some safety barriers will remain in place temporarily to allow the new path to dry, once dry these will also be removed. 

Following this, the site will be left clear, and the team will pause work for several weeks before returning to complete the remaining works. These final works include installation of benches, signage and planting. We will confirm details of any traffic management needed for this final phase once arrangements are in place.
