A Dartford Warbler

Delivering Surrey's Local Nature Recovery Strategy

Surrey is home to amazing wildlife and beautiful landscapes; this nature is vital in contributing to our health, well-being, and sense of place. Like the rest of the UK, Surrey’s nature needs our help to maintain and build up its biodiversity.

About the project

Email

We aspire for a county with rich habitats where nature and people can thrive. We want to form a single, strong vision for nature recovery and nature-based solutions.

We want to live in a place where engaged and active organisations, communities and individuals build and strengthen local partnerships for the good of Surrey's wildlife. Where people who own and manage the land, people who make regulatory decisions and members of the public can all positively contribute to nature recovery.
