Thank you for your response to our public engagement exercise regarding our proposals to reduce the speed limit near Goldsworth Primary School, Bridge Barn Lane to 20 MPH. We greatly appreciate your involvement and the feedback provided.

Following the results of our public engagement exercise which showed a significant level of support for the proposed speed limit reduction. We will now continue with the design work and legal process to reduce the speed limit. The legal process will include the advertisement of the speed limit reduction on Surrey County Council's website with further opportunities to support or object to the proposal. Subject to the outcome of the formal advertisement we hope to implement the speed limit reduction.
