The Street road closure

Works to improve the existing raised table and informal pedestrian crossing on The Street, and improvements to the green space north of the Nisa Local store will start on Monday 9 February.

To complete these works, a short section of The Street will be closed 24 hours a day from Monday 9 February for 2 weeks. The closure will run from just south of the entrance to Lambourne Way to the parking bay outside number 111 The Street. From Wednesday 25 February, temporary traffic lights will be in place on the same section of road, for approximately 8 weeks.
