Share Your Views on Early Years and Wraparound Childcare Services
We are committed to providing high-quality services for children and families across all age groups. Your feedback is essential in helping us understand what is working well and where improvements can be made, ensuring that our care and support remain accessible, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of the community.
This page brings together all current surveys related to services for children and families including early years provision, childcare, education, family support, and wraparound childcare (such as before- and after-school care).
Whether you are a parent, carer, or professional working in the sector, we invite you to take part and help shape the future of services for young children and their families.
Your insights are valued, please take a moment to have your say.

Childcare and funding - parent survey 2026
We have designed this questionnaire to gather some further information on your experiences as parents/carers with accessing Early Education and childcare (e.g. nurseries, childminders) for your child or children before they start school in reception. We would be grateful if you could take the time to complete this questionnaire and provide any additional comments which will help us to better understand your experience and may help us to plan our support for childcare providers across Surrey.
Out of school childcare - provider survey 2026
We have designed this survey to gather information from childcare providers offering wraparound and/or holiday childcare for families with school age children living in Surrey. The information you provide will inform local planning and support our duty to ensure sufficient, accessible, affordable and sustainable childcare in Surrey.
Wraparound and holiday childcare for school age children - parent survey 2026
We have designed this survey to gather information which will help us better understand the wraparound and holiday childcare needs and experiences of families with school age children and to help us plan our support for out of school childcare providers across Surrey.
