Improvement plans

We are planning to make improvements for pedestrians and cyclists in Woking between Victoria Arch and Woking Park. 

The plan below highlights the changes we are planning to make. The plans include:

• Introduction of a shared pedestrian and cyclist pavement on the west pavement between Victoria Arch and Mount Hermon Road
• Introduction of a shared pedestrian and cyclist pavement on the east pavement between Station Approach and Constitution Hill
• Raised speed table at pedestrian / cyclist crossing points to reduce vehicle speeds and improve safety
