Drop a pin on the map where you would like to see a residential public chargepoint installed.

Ideally, chargepoint locations will be:

• In an area where there's likely to be demand for on-street charging now or in the future. For example, within a few minutes’ walk of residential properties with limited or no off-street parking
• In a location where the electric vehicle can park legally and safely. Where parking is currently permitted on-street or in public car parks, this could include controlled parking zones and residents only parking areas
• In a location with enough pavement space - ideally more than two metres wide. If the width is less than this then a build out into the road to locate the chargepoint may be necessary.
• Near access to a power supply, this is necessary to install chargepoints. While this may not be readily evident, it could mean that an otherwise suitable location might not be an option
