New Zealand Avenue, Walton-on-Thames - Service Road Gap Closure
Surrey County Council is proposing to close the gaps in the service road by extending the kerb line to create a continuous kerb. The aim is to deter vehicles and motorcycles from entering and exiting the service road at locations where recorded collisions have occurred on New Zealand Avenue Service Road.
