Surrey-Wide Bus User Survey

Surrey County Council invites you to share your views to help us to better understand how residents use bus services.

Surrey County Council will be running this survey for 1 year starting on the 1 April 2026 to the 31 March 2027.

There are several topics to this survey. You do not need to complete them all and can just complete the sections you are interested in. We appreciate every response and the more information we receive will help shape future policy.

This survey will run alongside a national Bus Survey, paid for by UK Government.

Your feedback is important to us. Please share your views by 31 March 2027
