Decision to Proceed

Following the statutory consultation on the proposed 20mph speed limit for Whitehorse Drive and Rosebank, Epsom, Surrey County Council has now made a decision to proceed with the scheme as advertised.

All objections received during the Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) consultation have been carefully considered. A decision has been taken to set aside the objections under delegated authority.

Those who submitted objections have now been contacted directly and provided with a summary of the objections received, together with officer responses.

The scheme is expected to be implemented in the coming weeks.
